Your “Worthy Jerky” is helping my husband shed pounds!

 

My husband absolutely loves food!  He loves the smell! He loves the taste, the texture, the chewing!  He loves everything about it!  Anything less than 3 plates, in the past, he has felt cheated and unsatisfied.

He has established a pattern of eating normal meals for 2 days using jerky snacks to assuage the need for large servings of regular food.  Then for 2 days he drinks juices and chews jerky during the day.
